In no particular order:
1. Meringue nests filled with molten Nutella and nutmeg + strawberries.
2. Green walnut/baby aubergine preserved in syrup = better than it sounds!
3. ‘Mahalepi’ (Cyprus): firm cornflour jelly drowned in icy cold rose cordial.
4. Chocolate and pistachio fudge cake with strawberry sauce. Aw, yeah.
5. Greek taverna dessert = creamy yoghurt with fruit preserves.
